There is a terrific show up now at The Compound Gallery in Oakland titled “The Artist as Storyteller” curated by Alison OK Frost. The gallery features artist whose work is narrative. Artists include: Pamela Matsuda-Dunn, Matthew Pugh (love the sculptures!), Alison Tharp, John Watson, and Michelle Wilson. The show runs through August 19th.
