There! New Art From Oakland @ the di Rosa

Michael Schwager of the di Rosa Preserve complied a solid lineup of Oakland artists. It’s an ambitious project since organizing a group show of Oakland artists is like herding cats. A comprehensive survey of Oakland art is near impossible since Oakland is so large and diverse and boasts one of the largest artists-per-capita ratios of artists for any U.S. city. So this show is a small, but tasty, slice of Oakland art.
